Similar to Egypt the jewel of the Nile & Oman the star of the Holy Jordanian River, Jounieh is the bracelet of the Lebanese Gulf. Quoted from the name of the gulf that surrounds it, Jounieh stands like an elegant princess with its arms stretched all around the coastal gulf of Jounieh. It is well known that the gulf of Jounieh is one of the most attractive sights in Lebanon; when one stares he can never move his sight away. To add to its elegance and wide spread reputation, Jounieh is characterized by its inhabitants who are extremely welcoming and constantly nice.

God’s hands have shaped this piece of wonder and no human hand can tarnish this oasis of natural beauty and supreme magic. No place along the Mediterranean Coast nor in the whole world can match its cheerful and lovely atmosphere. Moreover, the means of amusement and fun are all around. In the center of Jounieh, the visitor can always take the Teleferique cart to go as high as 550 meters in a few minutes. From that remote spot, one can gaze at the most wonderful and amazing sight ever seen by a living soul. Several factors have come together to make this spot the sole place for us to live in and take some time to contemplate.

Want to go shopping? Sightseeing? Clubbing? Swimming? Exploring? Anything you need or ask for is only a few steps away. Jounieh and Kaslik shopping areas are five minutes away, the Lebanese Casino is one block away, Jeitta Grotto is 15 minutes away, the Teleferique is 20 minutes from Beirut, Al Zouk old market place is only 7 minutes away, and all famous restaurants are all around.

The only place where you can get a taste of heaven and a look at its wonders is our humble Residence. It has a full view of the Jounieh gulf. Our Residence contains several flats and each contains two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, two bathrooms, two balconies overlooking the sea and mountain, and two parking spots.
